The new Shoppers Value Foods at 2240 Ambassador & Dulles(formerly Winn Dixie) has their signage up, a fresh paved parking lot and a fresh coat of paint. Oh and guess what, the paint is not that bright yellow & green that we all thought it would have been. In fact, photographic proof shows a more neutrally toned exterior that is spread through the entire center. This place is really starting to look nice, and I mean it. I managed to peek my head into the store as well, and it is full of groceries, so this lid is about to pop any day now.
