A new salad concept, called Salad Station, is coming soon to the former Eye Health Plus space inside of Lafayette’s Caffery Center at 4510 Ambassador.
The Salad Station is a Louisiana local company that started in Hammond, LA. On the menu, you’ll find a variety of salads, soups, and spuds. Founded in 2012, the company was created from a deep passion in supporting the local farming industry. The founding family’s elders are part of Louisiana’s largest strawberry farm, Liuzza Land. — For more info on this, see the Salad Station website.
Lafayette has seen salad based restaurants in the past. The most recent to speak of was called SaladWorks, which was an out of state brand.
A tentative opening date for Salad Station has not been set as it is too soon to predict. Keep up with Lafayette’s Salad Station at https://facebook.com/SaladStationLafayette
