Okay insiders, this one could be a big one, we got wind from multiple trusted sources that Top Golf is looking at Lafayette to open a new facility. The area of interest is behind Costco, between Lourdes.
It is still really early in the process as land has not closed yet for any big names, but could close with the next 2-3 months.
