Ruby Slipper, a New Orleans-based brunch concept is coming soon to 4701 Ambassador Caffery in Lafayette. The restaurant is taking the place where the previously announced Denny’s was planned to go.
We announced that Denny’s would no longer be opening in Lafayette back in March of this year.
