Remember Logan’s Roadhouse on Ambassador? It closed after about 20 years in business, but was recently left abandoned, until now.
The semi-new POSH pre-owned dealership has picked up the lease for this area which allows the dealer to expand their car lot. See more on POSH in our past (post).
According to POSH, the plans as of now are to make improvements upon both properties and to improve the overall landscape of both. No plans have been confirmed for what will happen to the actual former Logan’s building. We doubt a full demolish is even in play. It’s a perfectly good building.
