There is a new food & deli coming soon near Pimon Thai on Johnston called Paradise Café. Their sign on the building says “Imported Food & Deli”, not sure who owns the store and if they are connected with Pimon Thai, but seems cool. The address is 4648 Johnston Street and the permit states that this is phase 1 (retail). My guess is that the next phase will be the deli? This could be a very cool place, so keep an eye out for it.
