Cypress Plaza shopping center at 2809 NW Evangeline Thruway in North Lafayette is already starting to take shape. Some of the obvious changes to the Cypress Plaza shopping center are the facade and walls going up. I pass this location nearly every day and to see the progress is pretty neat, but progress is moving fast. The photos I have are actually “outdated” now due to the extra work that has been done just this week. The new shopping center is 38,000 Sq Ft and leasable space is 2500 Sq Ft & up. I still do not know of any tenants for this new re-development, but I am extremely excited to share this news thus far and will be keeping up with the progress for you guys.
