Construction of the new Moss BMW dealership at 6652 Johnston Street, next to Hyundai Genesis, is about 70% complete. This modern facility, designed to enhance the customer experience, features state-of-the-art amenities and a spacious showroom that are already taking shape.
Compared to the old location at 22,000 square feet, the new dealership has significantly more square footage at 33,000, allowing for a larger showroom to display a greater inventory of both new and pre-owned BMW vehicles. The facility will also include luxurious customer lounges with modern seating, refreshments, and free Wi-Fi.

A standout feature is the advanced, climate-controlled service area. Equipped with the latest automotive technology, the service area will enable Moss BMW’s skilled technicians to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair services efficiently. The expanded service bays are expected to reduce wait times and improve overall service capacity.
In response to the growing demand for electric vehicles, the new Moss BMW will feature 5 DC, Level-3 fast electric charging stations throughout the facility with the capability of charging a vehicle in under 45 minutes, according to Moss Motors.
While good progress have been made, some exterior work remains, including the installation of outdoor lighting, landscaping, and final touches to the façade.
From the exterior, it is tough to gauge the interior progress, but given the pace of the project, substantial progress are likely being made inside as well. The dealership’s interior is expected to feature all the mentioned amenities, creating a top-notch environment for BMW owners.
