I have seen a good bit of news on the proposed 1 cent tax for a better LFT airport terminal and I think it is great! This is a stepping stone towards Lafayette being an even better city. If you have not been to the LFT airport, then you probably just don’t realize how small it really is. The city’s air travel is increasing, so it makes perfect “cents” to put our money to work in making Lafayette that much greater. So on December 6th, vote in favor of the 8 month tax increase to build a better LFT.
