The groundwork for a new 3-tenant center, called Lola Ann Center, is currently in the works at 203 Wallace Broussard Road in Carencro.
The new center will face I-49, and it will be located between Super 1 Foods, and Walmart.
Currently, there are two tenants already set to take up residence in the new center, leaving one space left up for grabs. The two tenants set to move in once construction is complete are Veillon Insurance, and Luna Claire’s Skin Bar and Clothier.
- Veillon Insurance is an independent agent with the ability to write all types of insurance policies from car, home, life, boat, etc.
- Luna Claire’s Skin Bar and Clothier is currently based in Ville Platte, LA, and they offer a wide range of day spa services like beta peels, airbrush tanning, makeup, dermaplanning, and full wax services.
