UPDATE November 24th 8:44 AM: We have updated opening time expectations for TopGolf. According to multiple sources connected with the TopGolf Project, the opening is expected to be mid-December. Read on. 🙂
Happy Black Friday! And yes, I am actually lying down in bed at 12:01 AM putting this midnight snack post of the new TopGolf & Dave & Buster’s together for all of you guys.
Last night or tonight (depending on when you read this) after enjoying all of the Thanksgiving food & festivities, we made a little stop by the new, soon-to-open TopGolf & Dave & Buster’s, located in the Ambassador Town Center development at Kaliste Saloom Road & Ambassador. We really wanted to get some night shots for you guys to show you just how thankful we are for all of you, our wonderful followers, and our amazing sponsors. We were going to try to get some twilight drone shots but, the rain(mist) didn’t give us a break.
Okay. Enough messing around. Dave & Buster’s is opening on Monday, November 27th. Do we have some good inside photos for you? HA; NO! Because Dave & Buster’s didn’t invite us. So all we’ve got are these few outside shots… see photos below, but keep scrolling for TopGolf! And to think that we put D&B on our Wish List YEARS AGO! Puh.
Now, we ain’t heard from TopGolf either about getting an inside look for you guys, but we are still holding on to hope. Although, according to a lot of the word on the streets, TopGolf is expected to open early December, possibly Friday, December 15th, as the company routinely opens new locations on Fridays. And judging by their current progress in construction, we’d say that checks out.
Take a look at the photos below, you’ll see that the range is complete with their signature flagged targets, except these aren’t the lighting-up ones. The hitting bays appear to be all complete with TVs, furniture, etc in place. The inside appears to have all of its furniture and accoutrement and the outdoor patio has most of its furniture set up and ready to go as well! By the way, that outdoor patio space is pretty nice, and it’s large! Much larger than Baton Rouge’s podunk patio space. We said what we said.
Unlike D&B, which has a sign out front stating their opening date, TopGolf just has a training-in-session sign. All roads lead to an early December opening guys!
