A new 10,000-square-foot interactive sports bar & grill, called Loft18, is coming soon to Broussard, Louisiana at 405 Albertson Parkway, formerly The Ballroom of Broussard. Following the launch in Broussard, Loft18 plans to expand to Lafayette, aiming to establish itself as a premier destination for sports entertainment and dining.

The Broussard location will feature a main floor and a second-floor suite. The main floor is designed around a large central bar with a 360° TV ring surrounded by a mix of high-top & banquet seating spaces, creating a dynamic and engaging atmosphere for all. The main floor will feature 5 Full Swing sports simulation bays and a cozy mini speakeasy room for a unique, intimate experience. The building will also feature an exclusive second-level VIP room, which includes an additional Full Swing sports simulation bay and private restrooms & services, offering an exclusive setting for guests seeking a more private and elevated experience.

Loft18’s expansion strategy is finding a balance between suburban and urban markets, choosing spots easily accessible to a wide range of people. With successful locations already open in Houston and Mandeville, and coming soon venues in cities like Broussard, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Houma, and Katy, TX, Loft18 is bringing its unique experience to even more diverse settings. Following the opening of Broussard, the Lafayette location will enter planning stages with the aim of being located near the Cajundome & Cajun Field, with a projected opening within the next 2-3 years. This future site promises to be even larger and more grand, further establishing Loft18 as an emerging leader in the sports bar industry space.
Loft18 was created by local entrepreneurs Greg Whitman, Owner/CEO from Metairie, LA, and Ty Duet, Partner/COO from Luling, LA, to offer a space for everyone to enjoy great food, drinks, and entertainment. The Broussard location is built in partnership with Jeff Delahoussaye, a Broussard native, Clifton D. Guidry of Guidry Land Development, Ritter Maher Architects out of Baton Rouge, and Tim Metcalf, owner of Prejeans, Deanos, and Marcellos. Featuring FullSwing Simulators and constructed by Joseph Anzalone of Commercial Construction Co, Loft18 blends innovative technology with Southern hospitality, welcoming people of all ages.
Loft18 of Broussard is tentatively set to be completed and open by April 2025.
