A new, 300,000 square-foot senior living community, called Arabella of Lafayette, is coming soon to 2201 Verot School Road in Lafayette, LA.
The new resort-style senior living project will feature 128 independent living units, 34 independent living cottages, 60 assisted living units, and 36 memory care units. Upscale amenities will include indoor & outdoor swimming pools, stocked fishing lake with walking paths, movie theaters, library, beauty shop, fitness center, billiard room, and more.
The development is owned by Abby Development, which also owns & operates six senior living communities in Texas as of 2015.
