The building is off of E 2nd Street on Olivier St. Renovation started around the beginning of 2013 or perhaps earlier. It will be used as apartments and will have 15 one – two bedroom apartments. Each with a minimalistic design with clean lines. It is an open concept floor plan with 14-16 foot high ceilings.
