Here’s a fast update on the Jambalaya Shoppe at 4150 W Congress. They are still working on the building and trying to rid themselves from the old Krystal burger design. It may not appear like much, but take a look at the windows. The curved part of the windows on the sides of the building are now squared off. I think it is looking great, and I can’t wait to try them out! I got word that they should be opening in just a few weeks, or less! See more photos and info here.
