Work centered on the west side of the venue, where seating capacity was increased to more than 30,000. The renovation also included a full rebuild of the playing field, which was completely re-graded and re-turfed for the new season.

The stadium now features 34 luxury suites, 40 loge boxes, 524 club seats, a climate-controlled indoor club, and five new chair-back sections in the lower west bowl. Updates also addressed accessibility, concessions, and overall comfort for fans.
The design was led by ACSW and DLR Group Architects, with construction managed by J.B. Mouton, LLC. The project combines modern stadium architecture with elements that reflect the university’s athletic identity.

This phase focused on premium spaces, the west side structure, and the field renovation, but the overall master plan allows for future improvements to other areas of the stadium as funding becomes available.
The project was supported by Our Lady of Lourdes, private donors, and the university administration. Dr. Bryan Maggard, Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics, credited this collaboration for making the vision possible.
Announced in 2023 and started in 2024, the renovation is now complete as of end of August 2025, just in time for the new football season.
