West Village Athletic Club, located at 100 Keystone Drive in the West Village Development in Scott, Louisiana, is officially open.
The new two-story, 12,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility features a variety of health and fitness services, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and a dedicated team of staff. Complimentary to West Village residents with non-resident memberships available, the fully-equipped facility features a modern gym with industry-leading strength & cardio machines, a wide variety of group exercise classes, personal training, lockers with showers, and a large resort-style outdoor swimming pool.
“When we started West Village Development back in 2019, it was our goal to not only provide a first-class quality of life for our future residents but to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Scott,” said Jordan Daigle, a local developer.

“I was born and raised in Lafayette,” said Daigle. “We have been developing neighborhoods around Lafayette Parish for the last 20 years and have seen the demand for quality amenities within communities. We believe in creating a quality of life for our residents that enables them to never have to leave our developments.”
As the West Village Development continues to grow into the idea first drafted on paper, it is quite interesting to see how the area of Scott, LA is changing due to the progress of this project. Apollo Road being extended and opened from I-10 to Dulles is largely the result of such a development coming into the city, creating a demand for greater traffic flow and access in and out of the growing city.
The opening of the new West Village Athletic Club took place last week on February 1st.
