A couple of months back, I posted about The Hot Dawg Stop coming to Lafayette. The Youngsville based restaurant is opening a Lafayette location in the Shops at Martial at 2201 Kaliste Saloom. Upon browsing their facebook, I noticed that they’ve completed a lot of work to the new location. Some of the work includes a new sign, branding throughout the inside, paint and surely the kitchen has been re-setup for them.
