A new café, called T65 Café, is coming soon to the Acadiana Mall food court, located in the former Great American Steak location.
Currently, there is a now hiring sign with contact info, shown below, and a plastic visqueen covering the space.
We did find out that the T65 Café will produce fresh baked French pastries, and specialty coffees.
The tentative opening date is said to be by the end of June.
