The former Pizzaville, USA building, located at 3929 N. University, has been demolished.
According to Carencro City sources, the owner of the building decided that the building was just too old to utilize for any future prospective tenants. The fate of the property is still being determined, but we may see new development here in the near future.
You can see in the photos that the entire property, even further back, has been cleared with hopes of developing.
