The former Dunn’s Designs building at 208 Rue Louis XIV is under renovations to include mixed medical and warehouse, according to an anonymous source.
A quick permit search reveals that a local chiropractic medical group, called Bryant Medical Group will be one of the tenants moving into the build on 208 Rue Louis XIV.
The building is nearly 8,000 square feet, and sources say that the building will be partitioned into 3 separate spaces.
