Lafayette Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics, located at 4243 Ambassador Suite 118, is expanding in Lafayette with a new location. However, this new location isn’t far from the current location. In fact, it’s right down the sidewalk inside of the former Crust Pizza/Chopsticks space at Suite 101 in the shopper center anchored by Whole Foods.

About two months ago, we checked out some renovations happening inside the former Crust Pizza space and noticed a permit for Pacific Dental Services. When we Googled…I mean “researched” the company, and it came back with the location of a dental office already in that shopping center, called Lafayette Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics.
Knowing this, we attempted several times to gain more details via email with no luck. However, the official Facebook account for the local franchise posted that they are expanding with a “detached expansion”. So with little details beyond that, we figured that they have run out of room in the current space, but do not want to relocate out of the center due to potential client confusion if they relocated elsewhere or maybe they have a really good lease.

As for what the company offers, according to their website, they have a staff that is dedicated to the oral health and well-being of clients. Advanced techniques, such as CEREC CAD/CAM crowns, digital X-rays, and an intraoral camera, are utilized to provide top-notch care. The providers have the expertise to enhance smiles through lumineers, porcelain veneers, implants, and tooth bonding, followed by maintenance with white fillings, crowns, and Zoom professional whitening. Additionally, they offer almost invisible teeth straightening through Invisalign treatments.
According to their Facebook post, the tentative opening date for this detached expansion is set for February.
