The wait, y’all; the wait is officially over for Carencro! The all-new El Paso Mexican Grill & Cantina is officially open for business as of 11 AM today, after 5 long years of construction!
We did a video tour of the restaurant earlier this week showing the inside, which you can watch below.
It’s been a long time coming, and the owner of El Paso recognizes that and sympathizes. He said that due to various requirements, the progress took longer than he would have liked. In fact, he says that he built 30 other stores throughout the gulf south during the time it took to build this one.
But none of that matters now. El Paso is open!
