Carpe Diem, downtown Lafayette’s gelato & espresso bar, is now open after a short renovation.
The renovations to Carpe Diem include a new—quieter—gelato cooler, new lighting fixtures, new back bar, fresh paint, added additional electrical outlets, upgraded WiFi, window facing bar-top, new concrete countertops, and much more.
We’ve already visited the store, located at 812 Jefferson Street, a couple of times and have enjoyed our visit each time.
