The new expansion for phase 3 of the Evangeline Marketplace, located at 3916 NE Evangeline Thruway, in Carencro is coming along nicely. Walls are up, steal roofing structure is in place, and the front facade should follow shortly after.
The latest site plan for phase 3 shows that Dickey’s BBQ will take the space closest to Super 1 Foods and a pending tenant will take the center space. The third space appears to be available.
Completion of phase 3 is estimated to be completed—pending weather conditions—in about 2-3 months. That’s our honest estimate. It could be sooner, or later.
