There is an old early 1900’s building in Downtown Carencro that will soon serve as a Crêpe, Coffee & Gelato house. The old building, first known as Bank of Lafayette, was built in 1906 and is being turned into what will be called Beau Bassin. The address is 203 E. Saint Peter Street, pretty close to Swanky’s, a new place that is also soon to open in Carencro’s rebirth of Downtown. Check out Beau Bassin’s facebook.
