The Churros Boutique, a local, family-owned business founded in the Acadiana Mall in 2018, is expanding with a new location in Youngsville, Louisiana at 2761 E Milton Ave Suite C-1, formerly Bayou Baby Boutique.
The original Churros Boutique location will continue to operate inside the Acadiana Mall at 5725 Johnston in the JCPenney wing in front of Forever 21 and H&M.

The new Youngsville location will feature their staple product of churros, but will also expand into sweet & savory crepes, milkshakes, frozen yogurt, and smoothies made with natural fruit.
Local founders of The Churros Boutique, Daniel and Melissa Esteban, moved to the US from Colombia following Daniel’s father, who had lived here for over 15 years. As a family-owned business, they aimed to bring something unique to the Acadiana area, initially planning to open a bakery. However, market research led them to focus on churros, a treat they knew and loved.
Since 2018, they have expanded their menu to include unique ice cream treats and plan to continue expanding with their new Youngsville location.

The Churros Boutique got its name because the owners wanted to offer churros that aren’t just plain but look and taste amazing, like they came from a fancy boutique. Traditionally, churros are Spanish pastries made from choux dough, fried until crispy, and coated in cinnamon and sugar. At The Churros Boutique, they elevate this treat by filling them with chocolate or various creams and adding toppings like fresh fruit or candy. Their passion is creating churros that are as beautiful and fancy as they are delicious.

Renderings of the new Youngsville location reveal a thoughtfully designed space featuring cozy nooks and ample seating. The interior showcases a blend of wood, metal, and soft fabrics, all brought together with a soothing color palette. There are also photo walls for a fun photo opp while visiting to share with friends & family.
The tentative completion and opening date for the new Youngsville location Churros Boutique is set for March of 2025.
