If you went during Mother’s Day weekend, then congrats, you enjoyed the soft opening, which is almost never advertised. This is to help train employees for service for the official opening. However, you can always expect kinks during the first week or two, sometimes longer—depending on quality of training and management.
If you’re in that area, enjoy some coffee today. You just may need it.
