A new CC’s Coffee House location is coming soon to 809 Apollo Road in Scott, Louisiana, taking over the former PJ’s Coffee space in the West Village development.
CC’s Coffee House, the Baton Rouge-based coffee brand, is known for its wide range of espresso drinks, frozen drinks, iced coffees, teas, and food options such as pastries, breakfast items, and wraps.

The space, which most recently operated as PJ’s Coffee, is being renovated to align with CC’s Coffee House’s branding and layout. While specific renovation details have not been publicly released, conversions of this type typically include interior changes, updated finishes, and menu board changes. One of the main feature changes to this location specifically will be the menu ordering board system in the drive thru. The outdoor menu board and communications will be relocated to allow for better traffic flow around the rear of the building. This change will also allow for better order management and flow.
The West Village development, while still new & developing, has yet to fully realize their commercial potential. Even as Apollo Road has become increasingly more popular for through traffic, there is still lots of work to be had before the area feels, well…developed!
I believe the new CC’s Coffee House in Scott will be a longtime tenant as their brand is strongly supported within the Lafayette Parish area.
CC’s Coffee House of Scott is expected to open in early June of this year.
