You read the title correctly, Blue Agave is changing their name to Blue Apache. I won’t go into details why they had to change their name, but the reason, it pisses me off! Pardon my French, haha. Moving on, I don’t know the owners of Blue Aga…erm Apache, but I do know that these guys are opening a new restaurant in Youngsville soon and you guys should support them. I hope Blue Apache does great and blows their new fans out of the water. See the post about them moving to Youngsville (here).
