Lafayette’s newest BBQ joint, Blanchard’s Barbeque, is now officially open at 2023 W. Pinhook Road, next door to the newest Meche’s Donut King.
Blanchard’s Barbeque will be open 10:30 am – 2:30 pm for now.
Blanchard’s started as a food truck that needed to become a brick & mortar to grow.
You can find many of your favorites here like brisket, pulled pork, turkey breast, sausage, and ribs. You can even order poutine fries, called Poutine Dream, which is hand-cut fries topped with brisket, house-made brisket gravy, and queso fresco cheese.
