So if you’re like me and travel around Pont des Mouton often, then you probably find yourself gazing at the progress for what will soon be Billy’s Boudin & On The Run. And if you don’t find yourself doing that, then I must be the weird one.
The new Billy’s Boudin & On The Run store located at I-49 & Pont des Mouton is making a ton of progress. The structure is taking shape as crews work to finish the roof and front details.
It’s a little tough to call an opening date, but we will take a good guess, and say late October or early November.
