A new ramen restaurant, called 99°C Ramen Noodle Express, will soon open in the former Smashburger location at 4231 Ambassador Caffery in Suite 103—in front of Whole Foods.
Locally owned & operated, 99°C Ramen Express will serve specialty ramen dishes, sushi rolls, specialty boba tea, fruit teas, and a variety of other plates & side dishes.
The former Lafayette Smashburger first opened in late 2015 and closed late 2017.
99°C Ramen Express kind of snuck in under the radar with a tentative opening date set for July 15th.
