Here is an update for all of you Waffle House breakfast freaks. WH has stated an opening date for Wednesday, June 17th. So, it won’t be long before you can enjoy that scattered, smothered, chucked & peppered goodness for lunch. That is if you aren’t able to get to the other locations around Lafayette in time for lunch. See announcement post for WH (here).
