Crawdaddy’s On-site Catering, a successful on-site Crawfish caterer is opening a home base location in front of the Jockey Lot at 3029 NW Evangeline Thruway. The location is a drive-thru and they plan to open March 3rd, 2015, which is Tuesday of next week. Crawdaddy’s got there start in Breaux Bridge, LA, The “Crawfish Capital of the World”, back in 2003. Since then, Crawdaddy’s has been on the road traveling to places way beyond Cajun country, like New York for example. They also provide the biggest and highest quality Crawfish around, because they buy direct from their farmers for guaranteed premium quality Louisiana mudbugs.
