Swig, the growing beverage chain known for its creative “dirty sodas” and sweet treats, is coming soon to 3200 E Milton Avenue in Youngsville.
The new location will be right next door to the soon-to-open Whataburger, along one of the city’s busiest corridors.
Located just off the roundabout at Bonin Road and E Milton, the upcoming Swig will be a standalone building unlike their first Lafayette Parish location, which opened inside The Forum center on Johnston Street earlier this year.

Swig offers a mix of customizable sodas, fruit refreshers, flavored waters, and cookies—making it a popular stop for those craving something cold and sweet with a little twist. Their “dirty soda” concept, which blends traditional soft drinks with cream and flavored syrups, has built a loyal fanbase nationwide and has even influenced MomTok.
Groundwork at the site started about 2–3 weeks ago, and drive-thru concrete has already been poured. Interestingly enough, this order is a bit backwards from the norm as most commercial builds hold off on drive-thru or parking lot pours until the building itself is nearly complete. As of now, vertical construction has yet to begin.
This will be Swig’s second Lafayette Parish location. Currently, there are no publicly available dates for completion.
