Carencro is on fire with growth! I am not telling you anything that you may not already know but, there is more coming to Carencro. And it’s not even close to being over.
A new, phase 3, expansion project for the Evangeline Court Marketplace is already in dirt work phase next door to Super 1 Foods, behind the new Express Wash.
The new expansion is located at 3910 NE Evangeline Thruway, and will be occupied by roughly 3-5 tenants, with one tenant — Dickey’s BBQ — already committed to the new center. This will be Lafayette Parish’s second Dickey’s BBQ location. The first location is in the Ambassador Town Center in South Lafayette. According to plans from Stirling Properties, the new expansion is being promoted as restaurant, and retail space.
Phase 2 of the Evangeline Court Marketplace is located near the roundabout and is occupied by stores like Rotolo’s, Shoetique, and New Orleans Daqs.
