The new Hardee’s in Carencro at 110 Hector Connoly Road is now open.
The new Hardee’s restaurant will be open 24 hours a day, with the exception of major holidays. The dining room is open until about 10 pm, and the drive-thru will remain open 24 hours a day.
The design of the building is actually a Carl’s Jr. design, which is owned by the same parent company, CKE Restaurants.
So what’s the difference between the two? Nowadays, not much except for the name, and maybe a few select menu items. The true difference was obvious back in the 50’s & 60’s when Carl’s Jr. was founded on the West coast, and Hardee’s — a completely separate company — was founded on the East coast.
