We have been getting questions about the ground work going on across from Agave in Parc Lafayette at 1511 Camellia. That ground work is the beginning stages of what will be Parc Tower condo building. The new residential tower will be 11 floors and consist of some very upscale living spaces. The property will have several amenities equivalent to what you would expect from a high end facility.
