I have been watching this area for quite some time knowing that this is a hot spot right now for development. This location for those who are in the dark is the busy Louisiana Ave / I-10 development. You know the one with the Target and the Chic-Fil-A that is stupid busy! Actually, what Chic-Fil-A isn’t busy? Anyways…the current developments that are nearly complete and should have open tenants really soon are ULTA Beauty, Cato & two unknowns to my knowledge. The two unknowns are interesting because there is already a shopping strip across the street from this spot behind the Chic-Fil-A and the McDonalds. There is a GameStop, Verizon, AT&T, and I am sure a nail place somewhere in the mix. So what could these be!? Hopefully something useful to you my readers and myself. I would hate to see these spots in a sense “wasted”.
The property folks in charge of this area is Stirling Properties and they are usually pretty good and making sure quality tenants are put into these spots. So we should see soon enough.
