The investment bank, UBS, is taking over the old location for 7Chics Boutique at 201 Settlers Trace Blvd. 7Chics moved a few doors down. UBS is already located next door, but they seem to either be expanding or moving, I haven’t been able to tell. You may have seen some of the work going on at this corner, if not, then you know now.
