The newest building construction in the Ambassador Town Center, near Costco, is coming near to completion.
The building is 7,350 SF and will be home to both a new, Tropical Smoothie Café and Spavia Day Spa. Both of these companies are franchises owned by local, Lafayette Parish entrepreneurs.
Tropical Smoothie Café is a great, healthier option for food & drinks that won’t murder your bank account.
Spavia Day Spa, well, it’s a Spa!

Each of these businesses will most likely open around about the same time. Spavia may be first to open; considering that a restaurant presents more room for delays.
