There is a new restaurant opening Friday, the 26th, called The Sizzling Monkey. It is located at 116 East Vermilion Street where former businesses such as Trynd & Century Irish Gastropub were located. The Sizzling Monkey is steakhouse, lounge and events venue that could have you swinging from the ceiling. Some of the menu items include oysters, steak(of course), and loaded brisket fries. I went by the area today to grab a couple of pics and noticed that it is already open, but the Grand Opening is indeed Friday. For more info see their facebook.
