The groundbreaking for Couret Farms‘ new luxury apartments is about to take place mid-November in the large lot between Banister Ct & Bourdette Drive. Here is a little bit about the new development.
It will be called The Reserve at Couret Farms and will consist of 175 total units ranging from 1 bed 1 bath up to 3 bed 2 bath units. Square footage will average 675 sq ft for 1 bed units and 1200 sq ft for 2 and 3 bed units. According to plans, it seems that each unit will have a balcony.
Some of the amenities the complex will offer are mixed uncovered, covered & garage parking, pool area with cabanas, lockers and more.
