A sweet new Poboy shop is in the works in Downtown at 740 Jefferson Street called Pop’s Poboys. The new place is comprised of the culinary team that is Collin Cormier(Viva La Waffle & Zach Doise(LA Street Food). These two gentlemen are both extremely talented in their ways of food and for them to team up is a big deal! Pop’s Poboys will be a twist on old school classics, plus they will have other yummy things to tickle our flavor tasters too, but we’ll have to wait and see.
