The new Salad Station, coming to Lafayette, is weeks away from opening.
Located at 4510 Ambassador Caffery & Kaliste Saloom, Salad Station is a quick and healthy alternative for your lunch routine.
The concept is designed so that you—the consumer—is in control over your salad dish from start to finish. You can choose the type of greens, proteins, veggies, and dressings with little involvement from restaurant staff. In a video shared by Salad Station’s facebook, they give you a quick example of how your experience should be in their restaurant. The only thing you will not be able to do yourself would be having the salad chopped. If you wish to have it chopped, a Salad Station employee will need to chop for you. Then, you pay and eat!
