Phở Hòa & Jazen Tea is relocating from its current spot at 4510 Ambassador Caffery Parkway to a new location in River Ranch. Their new home will be at 1315 Camellia Blvd, Suite 400, right next to Subway, Zeus, and CC’s Coffee House, taking over the former Charity Piano Bar space.

Locally owned and operated in Lafayette since 2019, Phở Hòa & Jazen Tea is known for its authentic Vietnamese pho and fresh fruit teas. It has become a go-to spot for those craving traditional flavors with a modern twist. The new River Ranch location will provide a more central and cozy setting, making it even easier for customers to enjoy their favorite bowls of pho and refreshing boba drinks.
Climate-controlled patio with roll-up doors
With the move, diners can expect a warmer, more intimate atmosphere with lots of living plants throughout the space. The menu will remain the same, featuring classic pho options, vermicelli bowls, rice plates, and Vietnamese appetizers. Jazen Tea will continue to serve its popular fruit teas, smoothies, and boba drinks, making it the perfect place for a meal or a quick treat in the heart of River Ranch.
The relocation has been in progress for a few weeks, and if everything goes according to plan, Phở Hòa’s doors will open at the new location on Friday, February 21st.
