Springhill is located at 1400 General Mouton Avenue, Near the E. University Avenue & W. Pinhook Road corridor.
The modern shotgun home development first broke ground back in February of 2016 with 12 single story homes. Each 2 bed 2 bath shotgun home has a uniquely colorful appearance with modern finishes on the inside, 2-car covered patio, and lawn care included via HOA.
Phase 2 expansion of the Springhill community will include seven—1,200 SF—2-story homes with a 2-car carport, upper-level deck for entertaining, modern finishes, colorful appearance, and of course, lawn care included. Homes start at $179,000.
Currently, the first two 2-story homes are underway with a scheduled completion date for April 2019; followed by the second home to be completed in May.
