Parlor Salon Studios, a locally owned luxury salon suite provider, is coming soon to 1103 Ambassador Caffery Parkway with its fourth and largest Lafayette location.
At roughly 4,500 square feet, it will be the largest Parlor Salon Studios location. The new space will feature 16 private studios, including 5 extra-large and 11 large suites, all designed for independent salon and industry-related professionals seeking a fully furnished, high-end space to operate their own businesses.

Each suite includes custom cabinetry, hydraulic chairs, private shampoo stations, and sound-insulated walls for added privacy. Professionals also benefit from 24/7 access, on-site laundry, included utilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a secure, client-friendly atmosphere.

This newest location adds to Parlor’s three existing studios in the Lafayette area, bringing the total up to 47 studios, including sites on Kaliste Saloom at Parc Lafayette, E. Main Street in Broussard, and 1105 Ambassador Caffery Parkway.
Construction is set to begin soon with a tentative completion date set for early 2026.
