A new commercial project called Parc Bonin is underway at 2807 Bonin Road in Youngsville, directly across from the Sugar Mill Pond neighborhood.
Designed to bring together medical, retail, and professional office uses, the project is located near key community destinations like the Youngsville Sports Complex, Southside High School, and surrounding restaurants and shops.

The first phase includes an Ochsner Health clinic, with dirt work already in progress for the entrance, detention ponds, and building pad. The clinic will occupy about 9,100 square feet. Additional space planned for the project includes 12,000 square feet for professional offices and about 10,000 square feet for retail.
Future phases will add more commercial options, including sites for professional services, small shops, and potential drive-thru tenants. Larger tracts ranging from 1 to 4 acres are also available.
Design features include ponds, a gazebo, a pedestrian bridge, and a monument sign along Bonin Road. Connectivity to Sugar Mill Pond is a critical part of the plan.
With Ochsner as the anchor, Parc Bonin is expected to add new medical services and professional jobs in Youngsville, helping reduce the flow of residents commuting into Lafayette during the week.
